Sleep Flow Yoga video by Claire

These particular short practices are great to do as we all spend lots more time working on computers, help to stay focused and then trying to find some time to relax our mind and body too during these unsettling times.

I hope you enjoy trying them out.

Click here to access a folder where I have recorded some meditation stories to try out but Adriene also has some fab ones to enjoy too.  I particularly love these:

Meditation to start your day

Meditation for inner peace

Meditation for anxiety

Meditation for self-love

Colouring in pictures of flowers, animals etc and mandalas can be very relaxing and what we call ‘moving meditation’.

Here is a link to a website which offers free colouring mandalas if you have access to a printer at home

Give it a go and enjoy just focusing your mind on what colour you are going to choose and enjoy the simple movements of the pen. Just restrict yourself to 2 colours at a time and maybe only do 5 minutes as time may be short for you. But this will give you a chance to recharge your batteries before you have to move onto your next task.

Creating a nature mandala from things you see on a daily walk or from our gardens can be a creative joy as well as lots of fun too.
