My name is Gemma and I am the school nurse based at Addington full-time. My role is to support the children with their health needs. Some of the children have complex health needs as well as their learning difficulties. |

The nursing service provides:
- Contact with parents on health issues and concerns
- Continence support
- Staff training
- Liaison with other health professionals
- Clinics for specific children with complex health needs
- Immunisation clinics
