Life Skills - Adventurers - Looking after a pet: dogs 

Last week, you learnt all about cats and how to look after them. This week, our focus is on dogs! Activity A is harder, B is medium and C is easier. You may also like to watch the video, which gives more information about looking after dogs. 
 

Activity A - read about looking after dogs and then do the quiz to see how many questions you answer correctly.

Activity B - read about looking after dogs and then do the quiz to see how many questions you answer correctly.

Activity C - sort the pictures into two groups: items a dog needs, and items a dog does not need.

CHALLENGE: if you have a dog, take a picture or a short video of you looking after your dog. Maybe you take it for walks, or maybe you help give it its dinner. If you don't have a dog, have a look at the pictures below and decide which one you would choose for a pet! What would you call it?
